Homicide Investigation
The evening of June 30, 2026, Lakewood Police Officers received information from the Tacoma Police Department of a homicide having occurred in the City of Lakewood.
The Tacoma Police Department took a missing person report on June 12, 2026, for a male (identified as Caelick Bradley) that resided in their city. During the investigation of Bradley as a missing person, they were able to determine that someone other than Bradley was using his credit card.
Tacoma Detectives developed information and contacted a male identified as Humberto Rodriguez Hernandez who they were able to interview. During this interview Hernandez provided information about a homicide that occurred in the 12500 block of Addision St SW within the City of Lakewood. Tacoma Detectives contacted the Lakewood Major Crimes Unit regarding this information. Hernandez subsequently led detectives to a location on Joint Base Lewis McChord property where human remains were located.
Hernandez's interview provided information on a second person involved in the homicide, Aydee Casado-Dominguez. Officers conducted surveillance on Casado-Dominguez's residence. While on scene Casado-Dominguez exited the residence and was contacted by detectives. She was detained and transported to the police department where she was interviewed. She was placed under arrest for homicide, transported to the Pierce County Jail and booked.
Hernandez was also arrested for homicide and booked at the Pierce County Jail.
The date of when the homicide occurred is undetermined at this time.
