1. Lions Love Kids

  • Support activities like Springbrook Kids Summer Camp, community Easter Egg Hunt, School Math Relay.

  • Participate in Lakewood Tree Lighting and assist children’s cancer care at Mary Bridge Hospital.

  • Provide scholarships including partnerships with Lakewood YMCA & University of Washington programs.

  • Helped install playground equipment at Kiwanis Park lakewoodca.gov+4e-clubhouse.org+4e-clubhouse.org+4.

3. Lions Give Sight

  • Conduct school hearing screenings (~7,500 done last year) and collect/equip eyeglasses and hearing aids for low income residents and send recycled glasses abroad e-clubhouse.org.

4. Environmental Care

  • Engage in park clean-ups, street adoption, and local wildlife park restoration including South Sound Wildlife Park and Veterans Memorial e-clubhouse.org+1seattle.gov+1.

5. Diabetes Support

  • Fund Camp Leo scholarships and promote awareness in under served neighborhoods e-clubhouse.org.

6. Fundraising – Crab Feed & Dance

  • Annual event in January (e.g. February 25, 2023, saw 200 guests; proceeds support sight/hearing programs) lakewood-chamber.org.
